Beginning Monday, April 30, 2018, there’s a new voice on WQEE 99.1 FM radio serving Georgia and Alabama and that voice is YOU!
Lee St. John, author, comedienne, stand-up comic, humorist, columnist, international guest speaker, former English teacher, and all-around swell Southern Belle is hosting a new show called
SPILLING THE BEANS BOOK CLUB.
The premise is: invite guests, YOU, to stop by, have a cup of coffee with Lee while mentioning your favorite book from school (elementary, middle, high, or college) and also telling Lee and her listeners what genre you especially like to read and what you’re currently reading now.
It’s that simple…
We hope to provide listeners (and future guests) – students of all ages, book clubs, teachers, library associates, general readers, business leaders, shut-ins, etc. – not only the opportunity to learn what others are reading but also to help decide what book to read next. Like a movie trailer that would entice someone to want to see that particular movie, this radio book club hopefully will entice someone to hear about a particular book and want read it.

Once you agree to join us, Lee will find out the answers to these questions ahead of the interview to make it relaxing.
*First 15 minutes: Discussion about your favorite book in school, maybe a favorite teacher/subject, how you felt about reading, etc.
